The Comfort and Movement class is a focused, hands-on refresher designed for experienced parents who want to deepen their understanding of comfort techniques and movement strategies for late pregnancy and labor. This class emphasizes practical skills that support physiological birth, partner involvement, and confident decision-making during labor.
Ideal for those who have given birth before or have prior childbirth education, this class provides tools that can be immediately applied to enhance comfort, promote progress in labor, and support effective communication between birthing parents and their support partners.
